Paul has been an Associate Partner of HunterPac since 2011, providing strategic insight and operational expertise to consulting projects focused on customer experience design and digital transformation. Paul has worked extensively in Australia, India and the Far East.

Front Door Code

Paul is co-founder and director of this tech start-up that seeks to put an end to the problems associated with “hard-to-find” addresses. With increasingly more consumers choosing to shop online, Front Door Code is a simple yet compelling trademarked solution for online retailers, logistics companies and home delivery contractors who need to eliminate the lost time and costs associated with late or unfulfilled deliveries. The Front Door Code App works on any iOS or Android device. The commercial solution is presently being tested with selected partners.

Local Search Association

The LSA is the largest trade organisation of companies engaged in local advertising and marketing, including digital, print, mobile, and social media. The association is focused on elevating the industry through thought-leadership, advocacy, research and insights. LSA has more than 300 members in 31 countries. Paul is an advisor to the executive board of LSA, and a regular contributor to its conferences and events.

The Search and Information Industry Association

SIINDA (The Search & Information Industry Association) is a European-based association representing companies in the search (digital, mobile, print, vertical directories and platforms), information, and telecommunication sectors as well as businesses providing “on demand” services to small and medium enterprises (SMEs). SIINDA offers a wide range of member services, including market research, training, high profile conferences and summits, as well as its own startup accelerator. Paul has recently been invited to join the main Board of SIINDA.

Asian Local Search and Media Association

Paul is an advisor to the Asian Local Search and Media Association, a non-profit organisation for companies operating in the “Local Search” market in Asia. ALSMA’s core objective is to establish a forum for members to exchange knowledge, experience, information and ideas while promoting symbiotic relationships through congress and enhanced communications channels. Members gather regularly – in person and virtually – to examine the challenges and explore the opportunities in “Local Search” in a spirit of mutual interest and to establish operating standards and best practices for the industry.


The first start-up that Paul invested in was Turning over barely £100 a week at the end of 2009 and based in the owner’s kitchen, the company is today firmly established as one of Europe’s leading importers of authentic Mexican food and groceries, operating from its Luton-based warehouse. Named by The Times and The Independent as one of the Top 50 Food Websites in the UK, the company serves both the retail and wholesale markets, as well as being the preferred supplier of Mexican groceries to Paul continues to advise the company on all aspects of marketing and strategic development.


Wayra is an accelerator for early-stage start-up enterprises in the new digital economy, owned by telecoms group Telefonica Open Future. Since it opened in 2012, the Wayra UK academy has supported well over 100 exciting and diverse companies across a diverse range of business categories. Rated as the UK’s top accelerator for business development support and follow-on funding, Wayra offers unrivalled access to a network of potential customers, suppliers, mentors and investors. LDC provides unparalleled insights into location-based data, including almost every UK High Street, shopping centre and retail park. The results are used by town planners, major retailers and property developers, as well as media companies and central government who see the information as an important barometer of the health of the retail sector and the economy in general.
